Antenatal Care

I offer antenatal care in the home setting. Appointments start in the first trimester and are usually every 4-6 weeks until 33 weeks.  Appointments are then fortnightly until 37 weeks,  appointments then become weekly until birth.

Birth Care

During your antenatal care I will provide education on labour and birth and how best your chosen support team can support you through your labour and birth journey. I'm on call for your birth and will attend you at home once you feel you need me there. If you are planning a hospital birth we will make the journey from home to hospital together when the time is right.
Postnatal Care

Depending on the circumstances and setting of your birth experience you may be at home or have a short stay in hospital. Regardless of where you are I'll see you everyday for the first 5 days then every 2-4 days until 2 weeks and then weekly until 6 weeks postpartum. During this time I will support you while you navigate the 'fourth trimester' and provide education and support with breastfeeding, monitoring your and your baby's health, provide emotional support and debrief your birth experience with you.
